Sweetwater Movieland Ranch is well known in Southern California.  This unique property has hosted numerous film projects, photo shoots, and a wide variety of western events. The Hughes family was made aware of this property when it was back on the market in 2022 and felt a conviction and passion to restore it to its original charm. The property shares a line with the Vazquez Rock Natural Area Park and as a result shares and offers the same feel.  It has been used for and is currently offering the following amenities for contracting:

Location is Character

  • Upper Canyon with overhanging Vazquez Rocks for film and photo projects.

  • Significant elevation changes from front to back of property nearly 100 feet in vertical drop making for epic views.

  • Ranch House:  built in 2000, this home features a community room, two bunkhouses and four adjacent stalls.
